MobileNetwork Repair Terms and Conditions:

  • All repairs will be conducted by the Telstra Repair Centre in accordance with the device manufacturer and not influenced by MobileNetwork
  • MobileNetwork will manage the repair process on your behalf as a value added service at no cost.
  • Items that have physical, liquid or excessive shock damage will not be covered under the In Warranty repair process and will be subject to Out of Warranty repair charges.
  • For devices that are not covered by the In Warranty repair process you will be provided with a quotation for the cost of the repairs.
  • Any device submitted for repair is subject to an automatic repair approval process up to $250 if the assessment of the device is deemed to be Out of Warranty.
  • For any repairs incurring charges over $250 a quote for the work will be supplied to you. If the quote is rejected or not accepted before it expires an inspection cost of $49.95 will be applied.
  • All Out of Warranty and inspection costs will be billed to the Telstra mobile number that you have provided.
  • All decisions are final.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Shipping of devices to MobileNetwork is your responsibility. It is most important that all devices are shipped in suitable packaging to the address above. Repaired devices will be protectively packaged and returned by courier.
